Overview
This policy explains what information M.A.R.C. collects, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, profile fields (country/state/city/zip), avatar key.
- Order data: products purchased, totals, timestamps, order status.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and device/browser info (if enabled).
How we use information
- Provide and improve the product user experience and feedback on account features/updates.
- Process secure orders, show order history, and provide customer support to connected and authenticated users.
- Prevent fraud and amplify secure account parsing, searching, and UX experiences. (auth, logging, abuse prevention, etc).
Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the service, such as payment processors and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We follow a ZT(Zero Trust) security-first practice, monitoring/logging encrypted transport (HTTPS) between routes, least-privilege access to resource's, and private storage for sensitive assets. Along with adding user MFA (Multi-factor Authentication)/Password Policy Protection/Account Verification/etc. As we know that no system is 100% secure, that's why we take security seriously.
