Processing time
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. During new drops or holidays, processing may take longer.
Shipping options
- Standard: 3–7 business days (after processing)
- Expedited: 2–3 business days (after processing)
- Express: 1–2 business days (after processing)
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link to your email. You can also view orders in Profile → Orders (sign-in required).
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at Contact. Once an order ships, we may not be able to reroute it.
