Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, based on eligibility criteria.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (if applicable).
• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible (unless required by law).
• Items with visible wear, damage, or missing tags may be refused.

How to start a return

1. Go to Profile → Orders.
2. Select the order and choose “Request return” (coming soon).
3. If you don’t have an account, contact support with your order number.

For now, initiate returns via Contact.

Refund timing

Once received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the credit.
